Bite me: Vietnamese Coconut Milk Dessert Che

My Vietnamese friends know how to cook great food and engage with beautiful food deco. They also know how to start the summer right. All it takes is some coconut milk and a little creativity.

Starting with the milk as a base, you can make different gelatin and agar puddings in what ever flavour and colours you choose. Add chia seeds, fresh fruits, nuts and you have an easy desert and cool snack for the summer.

Simple, to the point and sweet. What else do you need?
